scratch the last site for the ethnography location...
The REAL community I am going to write my paper on is the Heroes message board through NBC's website. I felt unable to connect to the other site as I am only a novice and do not understand or know the language for professional artists. I will be able to participate more on this site and hope to produce a more interesting paper.

If you have put some work into the other site, you don't have to stop simply because you can't keep up with all the language. You can also just lurk and learn the rules, putting in your $.02 where ever possible.
